Customized Automatic Film Overwrap Sealing Machine
Overwrap sealer with function of holding and pushing
There are some products, such as paper cup lids or pads, paper plates, etc.; they need to be bagged and packaged together, but they will spread out directly in the conveyor. so the machine is needed to fix them in the conveying process and push them into the overwrap sealing machine to complete the packing. So SNCPACK designed this overwrap sealing machine, and after counting, the product will be placed on the conveying line with a slot mold, so that it will not move during the conveying process, and there will be clamps at both ends, so it will not spread out, so that the overwrap packaging can be completed smoothly.
Overwrap sealing machine with vacuum function
In the pharmaceutical and hardware industries, in addition to do packaging, products also need to increase the vacuum function for long-term protection, while the traditional vacuum packaging needs to use vacuum bags and manual bagging to complete the packaging. This overwrap sealing machine developed by SNCPACK can add a fully automatic vacuum device to the last system of the overwrap sealing machine. After using the coil material to complete the three-side sealing, which can perfectly integrate the sealing and vacuum to complete the packaging effect.

The mold sealing knife of the corresponding shape is customized according to the shape and size of the product to complete the sealing packaging, which shows a more compact effect and looks better.
