Inspection of air pressure

Introduction of external air source: connect one end of a flexible pipe with an outer diameter of 8mm to the gas source, and the other end to the air intake joint below the rear side of the machine, and push the trachea into place. When the air source pressure is ≥ 6kg/cm2, check whether the pressure gauge is about 5kg/cm2 (the pressure gauge has been adjusted in the standard range when the pressure gauge leaves the factory). When the sealing machine is working normally, the pressure should not exceed ≥ 6kg/cm2, otherwise it is disadvantageous to the pneumatic parts.
Please note that the external air source pressure must not exceed 9.5kg/cm2, otherwise pneumatic components such as pressure regulating filters will be damaged.

Adjustment of air pressure at sealing machine

If it is found that the pressure of the pressure gauge on the pressure regulating filter is not in the normal range, the following adjustments should be made: gently pull up the upper cover button of the regulator, rotate clockwise, increase the pressure, and vice versa. When adjusting the pressure, it must be gradually and evenly adjusted to the required pressure, and then press the upper cover knob to force down the convex table on the base (that is, locked state).

Operating rules of sealing machine

When installing the membrane material, please turn the power switch off, which is conducive to safe operation.
A. place the membrane material on the two rollers above the machine, pay attention to the opening part of the membrane material facing the inside of the machine, that is, the left side, and make it in the central position. In order to prevent the membrane material from moving left and right, the guard rod at both ends of the membrane material should be adjusted to make it just stick to the two ends of the membrane material, and the angle of the guard rod should be appropriate.

B. Pull the lever handle of the punching device (upper right side of the machine) down 90 degrees.

C, slowly pull down the membrane material according to the direction of the arrow shown in figure 1 and pass through each roller.

D. after passing through the roller, pull the membrane material out of about one meter, and then pass through the triangle expander from the belt conveyor to work through the membrane.

E. pull the membrane material in front of the triangle expander.

F, reverse fold the film material toward the conveyor belt.

G, first pass the membrane material through the upper triangle expander, and then pass the membrane material through the lower triangle expander.

H, after the upper and lower membrane material is worn out together, pull out a little, and then pull the opening part of the film material to the entrance of the scrap chain (belt).

I. when the membrane material passes through the rollers and the upper and lower triangular plates smoothly, the drilling control rod will be returned to its original position. Otherwise, the machine will not work, that is, the film cannot be sent out.

Turn on the power supply, and turn on the power switch, according to the material and thickness of the film, adjust the longitudinal and horizontal temperature controller to the appropriate temperature, generally set at about 200 ℃. According to the material thickness of the shrink film, adjust the appropriate sealing time (usually about 1 second), the sealing time is suitable to cut off the film and the sealing effect is the best, too long time is easy to reduce the packaging efficiency or scald the film, too short will affect the sealing effect or cut continuously.

Waste disposal

1. After starting, the sealing action is carried out several times, and when the waste from the rear of the clamping belt reaches about one meter, the waste will be fixed on the paper roll of the roller.

2. When the waste of the coiling wheel is full, please unscrew the fixing screw and remove the front circular panel to take out all the waste.  

Brief description of the packaging process:

1. Put the function switch in the automatic position, and install and debug the membrane part as described above. Then turn on the power switch, the power indicator light on, wait a moment (because the program control part of the PLC just started to normal work takes some time), the transmission part starts to run, put the packaging on the back of the conveyer, it must be noted that the packaging should leave an appropriate gap between each other, otherwise there may be two packaging phenomenon at the same time.


2. As long as the packaging is continuously input, the machine can carry out the packaging work continuously, and the packaging is automatically sent to the shrinkage system for shrinkage.
